All plans include a on time enrollment fee of $45.00

Kittens

Option 1: Kitten Wellness Elite Plan       Monthly payment: $ 53.95  

• Unlimited Exams for the contract year.
• All hazardous material handling fees
• Any vaccination that is needed over the course of the year. Please note this will not cover vaccinations for the same thing twice within the same year unless a booster is needed 3-4 weeks after an initial vaccine is given.
• Pre- anesthetic blood work.
• Three general dewormings.
• Three intestinal parasite screenings.
• Two Feline Leukemia/FIV Tests
• HomeAgain chip insertion (please note this does not cover the registration fee).
• The spay or neuter and surgical support and monitoring as needed during the surgery as well as pain medication given during the surgery and to go home with your pet.
• This plan also offers a 10% discount on a 6 month purchase (or more) of any heartworm and/or flea preventative over the course of the contract.

Option 2: Kitten Wellness Basic Plan      Monthly payment: $ 39.95    

• Unlimited Exams for the contract year.
• All hazardous material handling fees
• Any vaccination that is needed over the course of the year. Please note this will not cover vaccinations for the same thing twice within the same year unless a booster is needed 3-4 weeks after an initial vaccine is given.
• Three general dewormings.
• Three intestinal parasite screenings.

Adult Cat

Option 1: Adult Cat Wellness Elite: for cats 7 yrs. and older      Monthly payment: $61.95

• The adult cat expanded plan includes unlimited exams for the contract year.
• All hazardous material handling fees.
• Any vaccination that is needed over the course of the year. Please note this will not cover vaccinations for the same thing twice within the same year unless a booster is needed 3-4 weeks after an initial vaccine is given.
• Two different blood panels.
• Two intestinal parasite screenings.
• One set of chest x-rays and consultation by a board certified radiologist.
• A professional dental cleaning and any surgical support and monitoring as needed during and after the surgery.
• This plan also offers a 10% discount on a 6month purchase (or more) of any heartworm and/or flea preventative over the course of the contract

Option 2: Adult Cat Wellness Expanded: for cats 1 yr. and older      Monthly payment: $ 49.95

Option 3: Adult Cat Wellness Limited: for cats 1 yr. and older      Monthly payment: $ 19.95

• Four (4) Examinations for the contract year. Please note that the client will be responsible for paying for any additional exam fees after the 4 are used. Additional exams will be discounted 20%.
• All hazardous material handling fees
• One early detection blood screening
• Two intestinal parasite screenings.
• This plan also offers a 10% discount on a 6 month purchase (or more) of any heartworm and/or flea preventative over the course of the contract.
